Fleshy Thrust Sync Review: Real Photos, Video & How to Use
Share
Hands-on review. Every photo and the demo video in this article were shot by our own team using a real Fleshy Thrust Sync sample.
Quick verdict
The Fleshy Thrust Sync is a hands-free automatic stroker that keeps everything on the device itself: a power button, a vibration button and a heating button, with a small LED display that shows the current vibration level. There is no app and nothing to pair. The see-through side window and color-changing light ring make it look more like a gadget than a typical toy, and the controls take about a minute to learn.
Pros and Cons
What we like
- Hands-free automatic stroking with 8 stroking modes
- Separate buttons for vibration and heating, so you can turn each one on or off independently
- LED display shows the vibration level you are on
- No app, no Bluetooth pairing, no phone needed
- USB-C charging
- Clear side window lets you see the internal mechanism working
What to know before buying
- It is noticeably bigger than a smartphone, so it is not a pocket-sized toy
- There is no app or remote control. If phone control matters to you, this is not the model for you
- It needs to be charged before use
What Is the Fleshy Thrust Sync?
The Fleshy Thrust Sync is an electric, automatic male stroker. Instead of moving it by hand, you let the motor do the work. It combines three functions in one device: automatic stroking, vibration and heating. The inner sleeve is made of soft TPE with a textured tunnel and multi-layered spiral ridges inside.
If you are new to automatic strokers and want to understand how they differ from manual ones, read our guide on how to choose an automatic male masturbator.
Design and Size
The body is a cylinder with a matte, textured finish in black and dark gray, which makes it easy to grip. The first thing you notice is the clear window on the side: you can see the internal mechanism through it, and you can watch it move when the device is running.
At the top, around the opening, there is a light ring. In our video it cycled through red, blue, green and purple. It doesn't change how the device works, but it makes the device easy to find in a dark room.
Size-wise, it is clearly longer and much thicker than a smartphone. Here it is next to a phone for scale:
The insertion length is approximately 6 inches.
Controls Explained
All the controls sit on one panel at the top of the device, so you can operate it with one thumb.
| Control | Icon | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Power button | Circle with a line | Turns the device on and off |
| Vibration button | Wavy lines | Turns on vibration and changes the vibration level |
| Heating button | Sun | Turns the heating on and off |
| LED display | Two-digit number | Shows the current vibration level |
Watch the Fleshy Thrust Sync in Action
This is our unedited demo clip. You can see the buttons being pressed, the display changing, the light ring switching colors and the mechanism moving inside the clear window. The audio is the original sound, so you can also hear what it sounds like while running.
How to Use the Fleshy Thrust Sync
- Charge it first. Plug the USB-C cable into the port on the base and charge it fully before your first use.
- Turn it on. Press the power button. The display and the light ring at the top light up.
- Choose a stroking mode. There are 8 stroking modes, from slow and gentle to fast and intense. Start with a gentle one and work up.
- Add vibration if you want it. Press the wavy-lines button. Each press changes the vibration level, and the number on the display shows the level you are on.
- Turn on heating. Press the sun button. There are two heat levels. Let it warm up for a little while before use.
- Use a water-based lubricant. Apply it to the opening and inside the sleeve. Water-based lube is the safe choice for TPE.
- Turn it off and clean it. Press the power button to switch it off, then clean the sleeve right away (see below).
Charging
The charging port is a standard USB-C port on the base of the device, so you can use the same type of cable as most modern phones. The base also carries CE, UKCA and WEEE markings.
Cleaning and Care
- Clean the sleeve after every use with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap or a toy cleaner.
- Keep water away from the USB-C port and the control panel.
- Let the sleeve air-dry completely before storing it, to prevent odor and bacteria.
- Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
